A Beloved Options’ Tradition Tapas has long been one of Options’ most cherished annual fundraisers — and one of our personal favourites with small bites, big impact.   When the pandemic hit, we had to pause our gatherings, and this event was truly missed. After a four-year break, Tapas returned last year with renewed energy and joy, reminding us just how special it is to come together as a community.
