Pregnancy Loss Support
“If you’ve lost a child, I need you to know that you’re not alone. Our grief has woven together and we’ve found ourselves a part of this club that no one ever wanted to join. And it sucks, it’s okay to say that.” -Kaitlyn Facista
Loss can leave us carrying grief, questions, loneliness, and emotions that are difficult to put into words. Whether your experience involves miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, infertility, adoption placement, or abortion, your loss matters.
You do not have to walk through it alone.

The Emotions You're Carrying Are Real
One of the hardest parts of reproductive loss can be knowing who to talk to. You may worry that others won't understand, feel unsure about sharing your story, or not know where to find support that feels safe. Whatever you're carrying, we're here to listen, walk alongside you, and help you connect with support that meets you where you are.

The Support We offer
Individual Support
Not everyone feels ready for a group right away, and that's okay. We offer free, confidential, one-on-one support for individuals navigating reproductive loss and exploring what support may be most helpful for their situation.
Hope Boxes
Our Hope Boxes are thoughtfully assembled care packages designed to offer comfort, encouragement, and practical resources to those navigating reproductive loss. Whether for yourself or someone you care about, they serve as a reminder that no one has to walk this journey alone.
Grief Support Workshops
We're currently developing grief support workshops for those navigating miscarriage, stillbirth and infant loss, adoption placement grief, and infertility or sterility grief. These eight-session workshops will help participants better understand grief, explore their own healing journey, and connect with others who have experienced similar losses.
Hope Boxes
Similar to how a person who has lost their spouse would be called a "widow/er" or how a child who has lost their parents would be called an orphan, "Hope Mom" or "Hope Mommy" are terms that give a name to the very special and difficult life role of moms who choose to live with hope after experiencing pregnancy, infant or child loss.
Hope Boxes are a grief support resource filled with sweet and practical items for those experiencing the loss of a child - for any reason during pregnancy, infancy or childhood, whether it was yesterday or decades ago.
Hope Boxes are free for those who need them and are personally crafted by volunteers who have themselves also experienced the loss of a child.
Options keeps a few Hope Boxes at our office. Please feel free to request a box for yourself or someone you know. They can also be requested directly on the Hope Box Canada website.
You are not alone.
