A Beloved Options’ Tradition

Tapas has long been one of Options’ most cherished annual fundraisers — and one of our personal favourites with small bites, big impact.  

When the pandemic hit, we had to pause our gatherings, and this event was truly missed. After a four-year break, Tapas returned last year with renewed energy and joy, reminding us just how special it is to come together as a community. This year, we’re excited to continue the tradition with a fresh new touch. Every detail has been carefully prepared, and we can’t wait for you to join us and experience it for yourself!

But Really, What is Tapas? 

The Options Tapas Fundraiser is our signature event of the year. Designed to bring our community together for a shared experience of fine dining, it is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year and aims to make a difference. 

As a non-profit organization, Options relies heavily on the generosity of our community to continue providing meaningful services to women and families in need. With your help, we can offer support, love, and counsel to those who need it most. Through donations and fundraising events like this one, we offer year-round free support, pregnancy consultations, material aid, empowerment programs and more.

By attending or contributing to this event, you’re helping us ensure that our clients receive the care, resources, and support they deserve. 

Options has gone through many changes in the past year! We have adapted the second floor of our building and we now have a group meeting room as well as a living room space for our moms' group. We have also inaugurated Nadine's Closet, allowing us to support parents through baby clothes, equipment and more!

We could not have done it without your support! Together, with your help, we can continue this important work.

What’s next? An Evening of Tapas & Hope for our Community

You heard it; we are doing it again! Mark your calendar: November 29th, 2025, 5 PM at Grace Village. Buy tickets for you and your +1,2, 3 and even 8, because yes, we have table-of-8 discounts -- and come enjoy the evening with us.

What to expect? 

• A Whole New Location! 

This year, our Tapas Fundraiser event has exciting changes; not only will we meet in a whole new venue, but we are taking it to the next level with an auction featuring locally crafted art and an exciting menu for a memorable night. Guests are invited to dress their best to enjoy a meaningful dinner at Grace Village. 

• Small Bites Making a Meaningful Impact!

Our menu aligns with this year's theme: international-inspired Tapas. Tapas are essentially a multitude of delicate bites; ours will be homemade by our very best local volunteer chefs! The dinner will include six small portions, or tapas, with an entree, a main and a dessert. The culinary inspiration ranges from Latin American to Mediterranean to Middle Eastern-inspired desserts. Bring your own wine to share with friends (non-alcoholic drinks will be available at extra cost). Get ready to feast!

• Different artistic expressions 

This year, our event will showcase the beautiful craftsmanship of our surrounding community through an Art Auction. All art displayed during the evening will be donated by various local artists. Guests will have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction, bidding to bring home beautiful art, photographs, pottery, woodwork, and more! 

How does the Tapas Fundraiser Help?

All proceeds gained through the Tapas Fundraiser go directly to the work Options does to support women facing unplanned pregnancy. Together, we can expand women's choices and support.

Options is a non-profit organization committed to supporting individuals with compassion, respect and dignity. We believe that every person has free will and the liberty to make their own choices, especially when facing unplanned pregnancies. 

Our mission is twofold: (1) To empower, equip, and advocate for those impacted by any pregnancy-related struggle through personalized emotional and practical support. (2) To proactively engage and equip the local Church to address the challenges of unplanned pregnancy, abortion, and other related.

We hope that every person who walks through our doors feels listened to and supported through accurate information and support that empowers them to make well-informed pregnancy decisions that are aligned with their values, their beliefs and their backgrounds. We believe that every individual is equally valuable and deserving of neutral, high-quality care.

🎟️ COST OF TICKETS? 30$ for one person, 55$ for two, 70$ for three, 200$ for eight.
