At Options, we recognize that our emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual wellbeing are connected. Sometimes life's experiences can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, uncertain, or simply wondering what comes next.
For those interested, we offer optional spiritual care that creates space to explore questions about hope, purpose, identity, and healing in a compassionate and non-judgmental environment.
Whether faith has been an important part of your life for years, you're curious about spirituality, or you've had difficult experiences with the church, you are welcome here.
Accessing spiritual care is always optional and is not required to receive any of our other services.

What is hope?
Hope is not pretending life is easy or ignoring difficult circumstances. Hope is the belief that your current situation is not the end of your story.
At Options, we believe every person has inherent value and that no one is meant to navigate life's challenges alone. Hope can provide the courage to take one small step forward, even when the future feels uncertain.
We desire to create spaces where individuals can explore questions such as:

At Options, we believe this invitation is about experiencing a life marked by purpose, peace, growth, and healthy relationships. Living life to the full does not mean having everything figured out. It means learning to move forward with hope, discovering your strengths, and understanding that your story matters. Our spiritual journey services are designed to support you as you grow emotionally, spiritually, and personally.
Restoration Path
Helping you answer life biggest questions.
Restoration Path is a personal development program designed to help individuals discover their identity, purpose, and the strengths they already possess.
Through guided conversations and practical tools, participants are invited to reflect on important questions, including:

Where have I come from?

What is my purpose?

What gifts, strengths, and resources do I already have?

How can I use those well moving forward?
The program combines biblical principles with practical life skills to help participants build confidence, develop healthy habits, and move toward a hopeful future. Crown ministries developed Restoration Path to help individuals understand their identity, purpose, and practical next steps for life.
Restoration Path is available individually or in a group setting.
Connecting with a Church Community
Healthy community can play an important role in healing and growth.If you are interested, we can help connect you with local churches that are welcoming, supportive, and aligned with your values.
We understand that some people have had positive experiences with churches, while others have experienced hurt or disappointment.
We will never pressure you to attend a church or participate in faith activities.Our role is simply to help you explore opportunities for connection and support if that is something you desire.
