The Support We Offer
Weekly Coffee Time - Mom's Connect Group
A welcoming space for moms to gather over coffee, tea, or other beverages while engaging in meaningful conversations on topics that build confidence in motherhood. Each month, we also invite experienced guest speakers to share their expertise, answer questions, and offer encouragement. More information to come.
Drop-in Wednesday Mornings from 10am to 11am.
Parent-Child Education Program
We want to see you thrive in your role as a parent. The Parent-Child Education Program offers a flexible, module-based learning experience designed to support healthy, holistic parenting from pregnancy through the early years. Topics include newborn care, attachment, sleep, child development, behaviour, positive parenting, and more. ​

Nadine's Closet: Practical Support
Raising a child can come with unexpected costs, and we’re here to help ease the load. Nadine’s Closet offers free baby and children’s items including clothing, diapers, wipes, and other essentials in a welcoming boutique-style space.
