Once again, it's that time of year when we gather our community to share what we have done, and what's to come for another year of serving women facing unplanned pregnancy and pregnancy-related challenges.

About Tapas

A Beloved Options Tradition

Tapas has long been one of Options' most cherished annual fundraisers and one of our most important events of the year, designed to invite our community, supporters, donors, and new people to discover who we are, what we have done, and what's to come.

As a non-profit organization, Options relies on the generosity of our community to provide free, year-round support to women and families facing pregnancy-related challenges. Your partnership helps us offer personalized support, practical resources, education, and material assistance to those who need it most.

As we gathered last year, many attendees shared their ‘why’ for supporting the work we do. They shared:

“I support Options because of the support given to women in their most vulnerable state.”

“Because every baby, mother, and parent deserves support to be seen, heard, and cared for.”

“My brother was adopted. I was pushed to consider an abortion when my pregnancy was deemed non-viable. I refused. I allowed my child to remain in her warm home until she died naturally, then I went to the hospital to deliver her.”

The Menu

The dinner will include six small portions, or "tapas," featuring appetizers, mains, and desserts. More details on the food will follow as we get closer to the event.

Just like last year, the cooks will be volunteers who craft special tapas bites for you to enjoy. All our cooks are volunteers from the community who sign up and choose a special tapas bite they'd like to make. If you know anyone who'd like to volunteer, or would like to volunteer yourself, don't hesitate to contact us.

Artistic Expression

The event will showcase the beautiful craftsmanship of our surrounding community by hosting an art auction. All artwork displayed during our evening will be donated by local artists. Guests will be able to participate in a silent auction featuring a multitude of beautiful pieces. Do you have any pieces you are hoping to donate for the art auction?
