Our 5-week birth and baby preparation class for women in their 2nd and 3rd trimester combines practical education, community support, and reflective conversations to help women and their support systems prepare for birth, recovery, and early parenthood.

About the event
Rooted is a pilot program, developed by Alanna, a long-time Options volunteer and highly respected doula with many years of experience supporting families throughout the Estrie region. She has designed prenatal classes for other well-known organizations in Sherbrooke, accompanied women throughout pregnancy and birth, worked at the Maison de Naissance, and brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and practical experience to this project.
The pilot program will begin in the fall of 2026 and will run for five weeks, in English. In the following form, you will be invited to chose the dates and times that work for you to participate in this programme. Following the pilot, the programme will be translated into French and offered to the public in both group and one-on-one formats.
