About the event
Our next Client Care Training will be offered in the fall and will run over 5 sessions. Whether you’re exploring volunteer opportunities or wondering if client care is the right fit for you, we’d be happy to answer your questions.
Our Client Care Training is open to both Options volunteers, church ambassadors and community members who are interested in learning how to better support individuals facing pregnancy-related challenges. To learn more you can read our recent blog post on our client care training.
Please note that completing the training does not automatically qualify someone to provide direct client care at Options. Volunteers who wish to serve as Client Care Advocates also participate in an interview process, receive ongoing training and mentorship, and are supported through continued professional development. This ensures that every client receives compassionate, consistent, and high-quality care.
